New Digital Intelligence (NDI) is acquiring Adornis Ventures GmbH, with the integration starting 22 February, subject to clearance of outstanding due diligence items. The combined group will have 2024 consolidated revenues of close to 1m EUR. NDI will acquire a client portfolio of roughly 15 managed services clients and a team of 12 highly specialized AI, software architecture and development engineers.
Kai Brobeil, the founder of Adornis, will join NDI as global Chief Product Officer responsible for the development of NDI’s own AI solutions and the NDI AI technology stack, as well as the portfolio of partner solutions.
Both companies have already worked together on NDIs first AI product, the Student Exam Grading Digital Assistant (SEGA). The all-share transaction values NDI at 20m EUR valuation.

Adornis Ventures GmbH is a specialized software and AI development company founded in 2020. New Digital Intelligence is a service integration and development company that brings Generative AI solutions to midsized organizations, with a team of 65 partnering with platforms such as EMA.co and Microsoft across eight countries.
