NDI appoints global CRO
Amir Peled is joining NDI as the global Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for NDI’s Business Development, Sales, and Marketing function on the 1st of February 2025.
Amir Peled is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in scaling deep-tech businesses, specializing in AI, FinTech, SaaS, OTT, digital payments, and crypto solutions.
Amir held significant leadership roles, including Senior Director of Payment Operations at Utopia Music and Senior Vice President, Head of OTT and Digital Payments at Swisscom. At Swisscom, he led a team managing hundreds of millions in P&L, pioneering consumer content consumption models, payment services, gaming, and digital partnerships. His strategic expertise spans B2B2C, D2C, and enterprise domains, emphasizing digital payments, IoT, cloud, DevOps and data-driven solutions. He has a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and fostering growth through strategic alliances and partnerships.
Amir’s educational background includes an MBA from IMD Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Business and IT from Reichman University.
As part of the appointment, Amir will acquire company stock options at a pre-money valuation of 20 Mio. EUR. The transaction will be partially in cash and partially in deferred cash.
