New Digital Intelligence (NDI) is acquiring Adornis Ventures GmbH, with the integration starting 22th February, subject to clearance of a few outstanding due diligence items. The combined group will have 2024 consolidated revenues of close to 1m EUR. As part of the transaction, NDI will acquire a client portfolio of roughly 15 managed services clients, a team of 12 highly specialized AI, software architecture and development engineers.
Kai Brobeil, the founder of Adornis will join NDI as global Chief Product Officer responsible for the development of NDI’s own AI solutions and the NDI AI technology stack, as well as the portfolio of partner solutions.
Both companies and teams have already worked together in developing NDIs first AI product, the Student Exam Grading Digital Assistant (SEGA). Throughout the successful development of SEGA it became obvious that the synergies of collaborating were immense. While NDI provides a broad market coverage in 8 countries, Adornis has a highly specialized development team with deep technology expertise. The combination of both are what will be needed to win in the rapidly evolving AI market to benefit mid-sized organizations at scale.
The all share transaction values NDI at 20m EUR valuation.
